For every purchase made, we release 10 sturgeon into the sea, significantly exceeding the number utilized in our production. Our exquisite sterlet caviar is crafted naturally, ensuring the fish eggs develop without the use of hormones, preserving the authentic taste of sterlet caviar.

How we produce 

We operate a fully self-owned production facility, renovated in partnership with scientists and top engineers. Quality assurance is a cornerstone at Baku Caviar. Our storage process eschews artificial additives and preservatives, combined with a cutting-edge extraction method, resulting in an incomparable delicacy. Using our traditional malossol recipe with a salt content of up to 3%, we maintain the genuine flavor of a natural product. The first sustainably sourced Caspian caviar

Baku Caviar demonstrates sustainability across environmental, social, and economic aspects. Our production follows international standards, focusing on sturgeon spawning and population growth. We feed our fish with eco-friendly Alltech Coppens feed and utilize water-saving Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) to reduce our environmental impact.

Shelf life: ten months when stored at  26 f  to 30 f.
